Contributo ministeriale per le spese di locazione abitativa per studenti fuori sede - A.A. 2025/2026

Possono presentare le istanze di partecipazione al bando per l’assegnazione del beneficio di cui all’art. 1 gli studenti fuori sede regolarmente iscritti all’a. a. 2025/2026, in regola con il pagamento di tasse e contributi universitari riferiti al medesimo anno, che detengano contemporaneamente i seguenti requisiti:

• che siano iscritti all’anno accademico 2025/2026 ad un corso di studi di I o II livello presso l’Università degli Studi della Campania Luigi Vanvitelli in regola con il versamento dell’intera contribuzione studentesca annuale dovuta;
• che siano appartenenti a un nucleo familiare con un indice della situazione economica equivalente ISEE per prestazioni per il diritto allo studio universitario registrato in banca dati ESSE3 all’atto dell’iscrizione all’a.a. 2025/26 non superiore a 20.000 euro;
• che siano in possesso dei requisiti di merito di cui all’articolo 1, comma 255, lettere b) e c), della legge 11 dicembre 2016, n. 232 ovvero:
• che siano iscritti presso il corso di studio (nell’a.a. 2025/26) da un numero di anni accademici inferiore o uguale alla durata normale del corso stesso, aumentata di uno;
• nel caso di iscrizione al secondo anno (nell’a.a. 2025/26) che abbiano conseguito, entro la data del 10 agosto (2025), almeno 10 crediti formativi universitari del primo anno di corso; nel caso di iscrizione (nell’a.a. 2025/26) ad anni accademici successivi al secondo che abbiano conseguito, nei dodici mesi antecedenti la data del 10 agosto (2025), almeno 25 crediti formativi.

Il presente requisito non è richiesto per gli studenti immatricolati - iscritti per la prima volta al primo anno di corso - (nell’a.a. 20025/26) e per gli studenti che versano nella condizione di cui all’art. 3, comma 1 e 3, della legge 5 febbraio 1992, n. 104;

• che siano fuori sede residenti in Comune diverso rispetto a quello dove è ubicato l’immobile locato. Lo studente è considerato fuori sede al verificarsi congiuntamente delle tre seguenti condizioni:
• frequenza di un corso di studi di I° o II° livello presso questo Ateneo tenuto ad almeno 30 (trenta) chilometri di distanza dal proprio Comune di residenza o che, a prescindere dalla distanza chilometrica, risieda in una delle isole del Golfo di Napoli (Ischia, Capri, Procida);
• alloggio a titolo oneroso nel Comune sede di frequenza del corso o in Comune con esso confinante, da dimostrare allegando la documentazione prevista nel successivo art. 4 del presente bando;
• permanenza nel posto alloggio di cui al precedente punto alla data di presentazione della domanda di partecipazione e da una durata di almeno 6 mesi (sei) nell’anno solare 2026.

La distanza chilometrica tra Comuni è calcolata mediante il sito dell’ACI, utilizzando il parametro del percorso più breve.

Applications for participation in the call for the assignment of the benefit referred to in art. 1 off-site students regularly enrolled in the a. a. 2025/2026, up to date with the payment of university fees and contributions referring to the same year, who simultaneously meet the following requirements:

• who are enrolled in the academic year 2025/2026 in a first or second level course of study at the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli up to date with the payment of the entire annual student fee due;
• who belong to a household with an ISEE equivalent economic situation index for services for the right to university education registered in the ESSE3 database at the time of enrolment in the academic year 2025/26 not exceeding 20,000 euros;
• who meet the merit requirements referred to in Article 1, paragraph 255, letters b) and c) of Law no. 232 of 11 December 2016, namely:
• who have been enrolled in the course of study (in the academic year 2025/26) for a number of academic years less than or equal to the normal duration of the course itself, increased by one;
• in the case of enrolment in the second year (in the academic year 2025/26) who have obtained, by 10 August (2025), at least 10 university credits of the first year of the course; in the case of enrolment (in the academic year 2025/26) in academic years subsequent to the second that have obtained, in the twelve months prior to the date of 10 August (2025), at least 25 credits.

This requirement is not required for students enrolled - enrolled for the first time in the first year of the course - (in the academic year 20025/26) and for students who are in the condition referred to in art. 3, paragraphs 1 and 3, of Law no. 104 of 5 February 1992;

• who are off-site residents in a municipality other than the one where the leased property is located. The student is considered off-site if the following three conditions are met:
• attendance of a first or second level course of study at this University held at least 30 (thirty) kilometers away from his/her municipality of residence or who, regardless of the distance in kilometers, resides in one of the islands of the Gulf of Naples (Ischia, Capri, Procida);
• accommodation for a fee in the Municipality where the course is attended or in the Municipality bordering it, to be demonstrated by attaching the documentation provided for in Article 4 of this announcement below;
• permanence in the accommodation place referred to in the previous point on the date of submission of the application for participation and for a duration of at least 6 (six) months in the calendar year 2026.

The kilometre distance between municipalities is calculated through the ACI website, using the parameter of the shortest route.
